RTD 2011!!!

Tired.

Worn out.

Exhausted.

How ever you say it, that is

what my husband and I are.

(Mostly my husband.)

The past four days

have been crazy!

We have been working RTD

(For those of you who don't know,

RTD stands for

Rock the Desert).

RTD is a Christian music festival in

West Texas.

It is incredible!!

We are out in the middle of nowhere

praising God and

listening to groups like

David Crowder Band,

Switchfoot,

Tobymac,

and

Skillet.

RTD lasts for three days and

by the end of it we are all

exhausted.

But it is all worth it because

it is a ministry.

We aren't doing it for ourselves.

We aren't doing it just so

we can watch our favorite

artists from the stage.

We are doing it for our Lord and Savior,

Jesus Christ!

We are doing it to help bring

teens and adults to

the saving knowledge of Christ.

God is certainly trustworthy and

I am honored to be a part

of the ministry of

Rock the Desert.
