I have always enjoyed music.
(Whether I'm playing or listening to it.)
Music has a way of touching my
heart like nothing else can.
It can speak a message to me that
impacts my life like nothing else.
One song that has
been playing
over and over in my head is
"How He Loves"

This song has been following me!
We sang it at camp,
I heard it at Rock the Desert,
and
I can't get it out of my head!
(It's isn't a bad song to have stuck in my head though.)
It has such an incredible message!
God loves us so much!!
So much more than we can fathom!
He created us, He died for us, He saved us.
Let that sink in for a minute.....
God made us,
He sent is one and only son to die for us
just to save us!!!
We have messed up!
We have sinned against Him and He still loves us!
He is jealous for us.
He wants to be our everything
and He should be our everything.
This song has really touched my heart this summer.
It has an amazing message.
No matter what we have done
we should give it all to Him.
We don't have time to dwell on our pasts.
Now is the time to dwell on God
and the things that please Him.
It is time to clean out the junk in our lives
and surround ourselves with things
that are good and pleasing to Him.
God loves us.
He has redeemed us.
He has poured His grace over us.
He loves us THAT much!

WOW! What an awesome reminder! Thanks so much for sharing and also for commenting on my blog :) It is so nice to "meet you" :) That is so cool that you grew up in Western NY and were homeschooled!!! I did too and we lived like an hourish from Rochester and Buffalo! :)

We did too! I lived about 10 minutes from Springville. :) I found your blog through a friend of mine/yours, Christy. I used to go to the same homeschoolers co-op that she did. I had a friend (from that same co-op) tell me that she went to your wedding. How crazy is that? :)
Dustin and I are definitely excited about being in youth ministry. We love those kids even if they drive us crazy! :)
